My process

Step 1: In-person or virtual meeting

Step 2: Thorough communication

First, we'll set up some time to go over what you're looking for along with any details about event that will help me capture your vision. We’ll discuss things like a timeline of events, specific shots you need me to snag, contract terms and more.

I believe in always being there for my clients. If you have questions that come up, I’ll always be just an email away. Feel free to reach out as much or as little as you need to make sure the event runs smoothly. I’ll be happy to help with event timelines, signs and notices, model releases, and/or anything else you might need.

Step 3: Photographing the event

The big day arrives! I’ll show up 30 mins prior to the agreed upon start time to get a lay of the land, test lighting, and go over any last minute communications we need to discuss. Then I’ll snap away while you focus on hosting a memorable event!

Step 4: Enjoy your images

In a week (or less if agreed upon), I will deliver via email a link to a full digital album of lightly edited images from the event for your use however you’d like. Share on social media, add to your website or use in print collateral.
